Improved particle system, improved tunnel echo sounds (driving inside a tunnel for instance), all free and paid dlc in the game. That's all I guess. Probably some technical improvements too but that's all I know

Critereon did later develop Most Wanted 2012, so maybe they had the rights to the assets because they were apart of EA?
