I live in Fish Hoek and from the few I have spoken to (petrol attendants and my others), the PA and FF+ are becoming more popular. However, no one can predict human behavior.
The frightening thought here for me is that one almost wishes for an ANC majority. We know no opposition can win it outright. We have all seen the coalition mess here in Joburg. It's never about the people. Perhaps better the devil you know than frightening idea of an ANC/ EFF or MK alliance. A very undecided vote for me. 🤔
The mere fact Dawie is very very hesitant with these polls - more hesitant than ever before tells me the polls are not really much to look into. I could see his facial expression that one cannot really read into them. And I've always followed him in elections and he's very clever. If he's uncertain - then we know anything could go down

The ENCA poll is so wrong. PA is far more popular amongst Coloured voters in the Western Cape than Good. Coloureds are more than Whites in the WC, so even FF+ being higher then the PA does not make sense. ANC will never reach that high mark in the WC, not at least for this election. As more EC are moving to WC in about b10 years the ANC/ EFF will be running the show in the WC.
The eNCA poll is way off. Dawie speaks so much sense 👌

For me Waynes poll and reasoning seems off. I love his analysis of by-elections and respect his local understandings. I feel his macro assumptions are wrong.
