Burlington is a city in the Regional Municipality of Halton at the northwestern end of Lake Ontario in Ontario, Canada. Along with Milton to the north, Burlington forms the western end of the Greater Toronto Area and is also part of the Hamilton metropolitan census area. Burlington is at the southwestern end of Lake Ontario, just to the north east of Hamilton and the Niagara Peninsula, roughly in the geographic centre of the urban corridor known as the Golden Horseshoe.

You can google search Brant Street Pier, or Spencer Smith Park. It is in Burlington downtown, Brant St and Lakeshore Rd intersection.

The Burlington downtown core is so much nicer looking than Hamilton.
Where is people? It looks like movie set...you don't feel like someone actually lives in that village house. This is difference between Europe and Canada :)

Canada is huge and lost of space, definitely different from Europe
Transportation is awful. Outside that area around the lake, not much to do. If you like people who ignore you and only care about themselves, well then you found your place
