The Burj Khalifa tower isn't connected to the municipal sewage so the poop is collected in trucks and hauled daily. Of the 160 stories the occupancy rate is about 70%.

Why can't they invent a search engine like Google , a smartphone producing company like Apple or Samsung by their own ? Why there is not a single top class University in the Middle East ? Erecting buildings will ultimately give nothing .
