The Church people are battling for kamohothi so they will continue on this path of forcing themselves in funerals of people who have left the church apart from Catholics the priest can't attend your funeral if he hears any romours about you leaving the Catholic faith

This is not good we can't have two ceremonies at the same time,if it's Christianity it's Christianity and if it's Kikuyu culture continue with your culture.but what the home guards are doing in the burial ceremony is not right (Muthamaki arigagia na mtungatiri).

Actually no we never embraced anything at all in fact according to an elder hii Mambo ya kanisa ililzinishwa na wakoloni on the 50s that's why kikuyus formed the indipendent church as an undercover to continue gikuyu practices and some words were made illigal like kigongona and taking people's goats so let those who want to abandon the foreign religions do so
