You really can't fake that kind of enthusiasm & excitement IMO. Gordon's personality is such a wonderful blend of childlike wonderment and pragmatic realist. He sets such a great example for the rest of us-- with the exception of his antipathy toward vegetarians!

This was nice to see him enjoying himself and having fun! I have heard about Chicago’s food scene too and hopefully get a chance to visit !

Also, in response to what you're asking, yes they can.. as an Asian-American, I've had all sorts of racist remarks against me from my own people, to Blacks and whites. I've even had people tell me to "go back to my own country" born and raised in LA btw.

Gordon I went to your restaurant while visiting my family in Chicago. I was very suprised to find affordable prices and a high quality product. I loved the truffle fries.
