Thank you, I'm glad you enjoy the content. I make them 4oz. We also preseason the mince with salt and pepper, and mince it again, while adding 0.5 kg of butter to 8kg of mince 👌😀👍

Hi Mr. T. Your channel has become my biggest addiction. I just can not get enough of them. A quick question, have you thought of making a ground chicken burger in the same method as the smash burger? I was inspired one night by your videos and ground up some chicken thighs with chicken breast, and boy did it come out tasty. It also was quick cooking by using the smash method. Thanks again for your videos, they make my day brighter and my nights better.

I live in Oklahoma... those look like a proper smash burger. I like mine (obviously with grilled onions), pickels, and mustard only.

oklahoma is my fav burger to make and eat. the simplicity but complex versions of onion is incredible. all diff onion textures are included. you did a great job on these oklahoma onion burgers chef.

I didn’t notice until I watched back but to be fair pretty sure it’s a food safe sanitizer, probably the same sanitizer they use to clean the grill at the end of the night aswell but it is a bit odd that he smeared oil all over the grill with it 🥴

It’s crazy how popular these “smash” burgers are. Growing up that was the number one rule I was always told was to NEVER smash down the patties because it can lead to them being dry and losing their flavor from the juices. But I can see why it’s done the cooking time is way faster on a thinner “smashed” patty

Köszi, igen, 124 grammos a cél ami 4oz, de a 130g majdnem ugyanolyan eredményt ad. 8kg darált húshoz adok sót, borsot és 500g vajat amivel újra darálom. Fontos hogy kétszer legyen áttolva a hús a darálón 👌😀👍

I think chef switched to just the smash burgers all the time because they found these were better and the customers must've liked them more.

@jackwagon4313 DHL is a transport and logistics business. Used worldwide as far as I'm aware. So the Heathrow branch would deal with the planes but also as a distribution hub for drivers too
