Burapa Bike Week 2023 in the city of Pattaya is filled with parades, cool music, food, and entertainment. With more of a festival feel it is a loud, electric, and very exciting event that raises large amounts of money for charity. And it's only 150 km away from Bangkok, so if you are somewhere close, you will hear the gears grinding!
Burapa Bike Week usually takes place at the Eastern National Indoor Sports Stadium. The annual big bike and car show at a Jan. 23 news conference is the main highlight of the festival. It has featured live music on two stages performed by international and Thai musicians like Lam Morrison and Maleehuana, AC/DC tribute band Live Wire, and more. Plenty of vendors will be offering motorcycle parts and gear. There will also be a large display from Vespa, Honda, and other brands. There will also be plenty of food and drinks for everyone to enjoy.
Traditionally, the festival begins with a “Ride for Peace” parade through Pattaya followed by a 7 pm concert on the main stage. Bike culture is very popular in Thailand so Burapa Bike Week is an anticipated event that draws in large crowds. Music by Karl Casey
