Can you please tell me what is the quantity of syroup and water you have to put in one tank so it can be full? Can you refill while is working?

My machine wont chill/freeze. I noticed torque reading at 0 on both augers. Any ideas what I can do to troubleshoot it?

Did you check the solenoids

hey my machine down since a year its brand new 3 tech been to check that machine out they dont know whats wrong and it is under warranty but warranty covers only compressor nothing else they whants to charge us 2000 dollar to fix that machine.
