Bumblebee, the yellow catamaran ferry, was a familiar sight in local waters for 6 years, from 2012 to just before the start of the season in 2018, but she has now sadly left the island.
This was all of the footage I managed to get of her in that time, so I put it all together in this video.
She took thousands of people on island cruises, wildlife trips, children's parties and corporate charters, and has raised a lot of money for local charities. She provided a regular summer ferry service to Alderney, especially when it was foggy and aircraft couldn't get there.
