This is a suggestion: Like William finds out ( unless thats the 'Real Jake' episode ) and gets mad at Micheal, and like Micheal is trying to protect Evan as well himself but nothing works, so Evan steps up and helps Micheal.....Then after all of that, Micheal thanks Evan whole being all like bleh ( like he was at the ending of this episode)..etc. :D
