@@darkpenink6730 The primary thing I would keep in mind is that so very many die young, so like... if you can make it to even 60, congratulations, you win. If you're lucky enough to hit 70-90 range, you can take great joy in knowing you had more time. The psychological rub is you need to find enough meaning and gratitude in the present, whilst not clinging to regrets of the past, and not getting lost in the future (which you will likely imagine under worst case scenario, or go the other way and just fantasize about what you COULD do, while never actually doing much of it). I'm rambling at this point but what I mean to say is: Physical death is scary, but inevitable and therefore something we should pay little mind to (unless it can benefit our lives in some way) but growing old is a massive blessing that translates to more time. Find sincere joy in your present and death will have a lesser strength. Oh and find people you click with, make friends and share such things.

Well honestly, as someone who was bullied in the past (I'm also a decently skilled fighter myself, however I was like a year younger than them because I skipped a grade which also led to me being the smallest) nope, I've never fought a lone bully. However, I did absolutely ruin the bullies (3 of them) when I lost my patience with them. After that I had to be transferred to another school because "I was endangerment to the other students". On another occasion (this is like 6-7 years later) my school was on a trip and my friend at the time (did I mention he was the #1 taekwondo fighter and I was the #3 taekwondo fighter nationally?) was getting bullied by kids from a different school, that ended in us fighting a 14v2 and we managed to defeat them. For the ones that will be telling me that fighting 14 people with 2 decently skilled taekwondo fighters isn't that hard. Please try it yourself

The Black belt did years of training only for him to get killed cause he wanted to use his art to dominate someone that was actually trying to keep them apart.

how do you cope with growing/ageing in life? As I am growing old, I get scared that my life is decreasing and I feel scared. When I see comments like this or anyone mention about birthday, this death thought triggers even more in me, and I am fearful and worried about my parents too, when its their birthday.

Chuck Noris and Jonathan Brandis! now that's a thing to be excited about. it so sad Jonathan Brandis DIED. please do more of his movie. sidekick and lady bugs with Rodney Dangerfield are my favorite of Johnathan"s 'movies. Gives me some serious nostalgia. This was Jonathan Brandis in his glory days.
I remember this movie. Great martial arts movie. Chuck Norris is one of my favorite martial arts actors. He's the real deal and always seems humble.

Great feel good film. Wasn’t available on DVD until a few years ago. Very good cast. Joe Piscapo was hilarious in his role.
Man I remember when this came out. I was taking karate at the time, more so because of Karate Kid but this was one of my favorites anyway. Great movie. RIP Jonathan.
this movie was everything to me when I was a kid man ..thank you.
I grew up watching martial art movies. My favorite martial art people are Bruce Lee, Chuck Norris, Jackie Chan, Jet Lee, and Brandon Lee. I saw this movie when I was in High School and loved it, but it sort of like Karate Kid with a twist. I would love to see a recap of Rapid Fire and Enter The Dragon. First thing, Macho was absolutely perfect in the role of the martial arts master. Second, Chuck Norris was a badass then and he's still a badass now! Side note. I saw a news story about a year ago where he actually promoted an 80 something woman to 5th degree black belt. It was a wonderful story to watch, and if you cared enough to watch this whole video, you should look it up. Incredibly inspiring piece.

Johnathan, what an epic roll he did, and what a tragic horrible loss of a great actor
I remember watching this many years ago. I used to love all the martial art films back then. Even with where Billy Blanks was a bad guy, etc. Loved them all. Will have to search out and watch this one again. When you look at the overall storyline of this movie, it is very reminiscent of the original karate kid, starring Ralph Macchio.
I totally forgot about this movie. Thanks for bringing back in my life❤

@Bruce Wayne I looked up the video you speak of. Its sad seeing how the Bjj guy kept advancing when the other guy made obvious signs he wasnt trying to fight and was trying to keep him a distance. Only when he was on the ground he finally took out his gun and killed him. The Black belt did years of training only for him to get killed cause he wanted to use his art to dominate someone that was actually trying to keep them apart.
I love this film I first seen it in school one day when one of my classmates brought it in for movie day. I do see some similarities to the Karate Kid & Cobra Kai. Barry is like Daniel LaRusso & Miguel Diaz. The reason why I brought up Miguel is because both Barry & Miguel have asthma not mention I see Mr. Lee being similar to Mr. Miyagi, while Randy is similar to Johnny Lawrence, as well as Mike Barnes, Ned Randall from the Next Karate Kid, & Kelly Stone is similar to John Kreese.
