Bullets ARE TOO LONG!!! to work in a 1894 Winchester, Then too short! Picking right grain and shape

OK, so here’s a description of three different bullets that are all made of the same components they are just different lengths. The first was on the  Cannalure and the Bullets were too long, when I tried to shorten the overall length the bullets became too short and dangerous

38/55 can be a "bastard" diameter. Id suggest you do a cerosafe casting and measure the chamber and the bore. Ya may need to push a lead ball theu as well but verify the diameter. Could be anything from 375 to mid .380's!!!
