I think it's good that you explain all the logistics that go into making great videos, and its a good help for anyone thinking about creating their own channel. It's quite eye opening

Congratulations on passing your pilot's license. A few content creators have commented that their 2 DJI Mic 2 mics are not a matched pair and it may be worth your while doing a test recording to check yours; especially if you're using one mic and then the other when the battery runs flat. I wouldn't want you to find that the sound quality differs part way through an episode. Of course you could try to fix it in post but if you know from your test results they're pretty matched it saves you wasting time later. Best wishes.
