This is ALWAYS the first song I listen to when I work out...such a powerful song and they did an amazing job covering it!

This version is amazing because Bullet masters all aspects of this song; especially the guitar melody, which makes this version unique. The original version has a more old rock/ old disco style to it which is still an amazing and original song. whichever version of this song played it will always be enjoyed.

Holy shit these comments. Do you really think artists make covers to 'outdo' one another? No. They do it pay homage and respect to a song or idea or movie they thoroughly enjoyed and want to touch in their own way. Both versions are good. If you like metal, you'll naturally like this one more, if you like rock more, you'll obviously prefer Tepper's version You liking it more doesn't mean it's better. Both artists are talented at their craft, even if I dont like bfmv much any more, this song still slaps for me, and I have the original in my library too because of this cover.

It's a cover. A really good cover at that. They didn't destroy the song with their sound. Instead, they stayed true to the original. It's an '80s song. That's why it sounds techno, people.

I was like 8 when Rocky 4 came out and loved this song. Had the small single record. Then when I bought Scream Aim Fire I had no idea this song was on the album. Just listening to it at work with my headphones on and it just starts playing, last song bonus track. I was like, what? Wait I know this lol it was an awesome surprise. Then I listened to it like 100 times in a row

You were probably either a pissworm child or not even around when the original by Robert Tepper was released in '85..which was clearly the most epic of the two..this isn't bad for a cover, but it's nowhere near as great.
