BULKHEAD DECEIVER FLY: Fly Tying Tutorial
Pat Kelly from Mad River Outfitters breaks down how to tie Bob Popovic's classic Bulkhead Deceiver with Mangum's Dragon Tails as the body. This has proven to be a very efficient pattern on smallmouth for us around here but can also be modified for pike, musky, saltwater, peacocks and more.
