Omg I absolutely LOVE the cream carbo buldak. It's so creamy and not too spicy 🤤🤤 I always put some sausages or eggs in it if I'm feeling a bit fancy

i looove adding eggs, green onion, and either some spam or if i have extra vegetables like cucumber i add that too. it also tastes good if you have some roasted seaweed to eat it with

This had me crying while eating the carbonara buldak is too spicy with just the cream powder and sauce but I love the flavor I pushed through it. I just make sure I always eat this alone or only with my closest friends and fam cause I looked like a crying mess after. 😂

I have a secret!! I make this recipe too, I add a tablespoon of Kewpie mayo, tablespoon of honey, a little soy sauce, and optional but a sprinkle of garlic+onion powder. It tastes better and the spice is toned down I promise give it a try!

The carbonara was my favorite too until I discovered their curry flavor, sooo good.

You do understand you don't cook with Sesame oil, sesame oil is a finishing oil. There are 2 different sesame oils, 1 is to cook with the other is a finishing oil, the one you used in this recipe is a finishing oil, when you use it to cook with it Blue says it's fragrance. Hope this helps❤

@@kaydeeline6236 Yeah, but someone had to put that name onto the package, didn't they? And unless there is freeze dried egg yolk in that powder packet, this is nowhere near carbonara. Doesn't even contain a single ingredient of it

Adding additional ingredients (from my experience) lessens the spice a bit (for the black packaged buldak). The one she used in the video is less spicy! Deff recommend

You don't have to use all the sauce I'd start lil by lil see if u build up a tolerance 👍 personally even the pink one can get a lil too spicy if I don't add heavy cream n cheese 😅

It is spicy in general but adding additional ingredients helps. Use less of the sauce if it's still too spicy - you can save the extra to put into other dishes

I've never ate kimchi traditional but I really wish I had.

Sadly, the Carbonara buldak is so hard to find where I live, and it is my absolute favourite 😭

I just discovered last night making my son ramen that I don’t just like it with egg but I put some Thai chili oil in butter and bubbled it on the stove added that with cheese and O M G😮😮😮 a new level was unlocked! ❤🎉

Ooo the particular one she's using is not too spicy! It's the cream carbo fire noodles one. Though it depends on ur spice tolerance, for me it way less spicy than the other flavours they have

I honestly think both carbonara noodles were absolutely awful, just tasted like plain noodle water. I’m almost convinced that the English tongue is just odd, added both packets for a disappointing dinner, went to work after pissed about the waste of money. I have 4 packets left so I’m going to try adding things to make it better. Cheese sounds like a good idea.
