I just bought two of these E27 PTZ bulb cameras, the Yi IOT version and both of them were very loose on that screw into the motor that holds the top half to the base. I had to open it up and tighten it because it was almost ready to fall off. Terrible Quality control.

I noticed the same lack of quality on the 6 I bought. The metal socket is also only pressed on and wire under is only pinched in place. Looses contact outside in the moisture.

There's a little black screw that holds the two halves together. You probably have a little crack on the part that goes on to the motor that little black screw goes into. Super glue crack.

yadi aapaka balb Camera ON & Off ho raha hai aur aapake Wifi network se kanekt nahin ho raha hai, to problem ko theek karane ke liye aap yahaan kuchh test kar skate hai: 1 electrical ki power check kare ( 220v ,50hz ): sure karen ki camera theek se plag kiya gaya hai aur electricity kam accha se kar raha hai. yadi electrical kee wire dheelee hai ya theek se kaam nahin kar rahee hai, to camera phir se shuroo ho sakata hai ya wife se connect nahin ho sakata hai. 2. Camera ko restart kare : Camera ko cable nikal se unplug karake aur phir kuchh second (30second) ke baad ise vaapas plag in karake phir se start karane karen. yah kisee bhee softaveyar problem ko Solutions karane mein madad kar sakata hai. 3. sure karen ki aapaka WiFi network theek se kaam kar raha hai aur yah ki aapake paas us kshetr mein wifi majaboot signal hona chahiye . yadi aapaka WIFi theek se kaam nahin kar raha hai, to ho sakata hai ki Camera kanekt na ho pae. 3. if ye Solutions kam nahi karvraha to , aap Camera ko usake default setings par reeset karane ka kosis kar sakate hain. aap 10 second ke lie canera par reset batan dabaakar aur dabaakar aisa kar sakate hain. reeset ke baad, aapako canera ko phir se set ap wifi se connect kare . 4 agar hot ho raha hai turn ON karne se to us k camera k board Mao issue hai.

I converted mine with a back up battery the power supply supplies 5.11volts solder a small 2amp lithium charger board that can charge 2 or more battery make sure the charger board has auto cut of make a small hole near the screwing part push ur battery cables through or make a plug and put ur bulb holder on a camera waterproof box put ur batteries in that box and connect it to ur bulb screw in the bulb and done it will charge when u put the switch on when the switch is off it will stay on cause of the batteries
