सर मेरी माताजी की उम्र 83 yrs है। उनकी मानसिक और शारीरिक शक्ति कम हो चुकी है। वे खड़ी नही हो पातीं चलने के लिए कदम उठाना चाहकर भी नही उठा पतिं। सारा दिन बैठीं रहतीं हैं। उनकी मेमोरी खत्म सी हो गयी है। वे अपने दोनों हाथों की उंगलियां अंदर को मोड़ कर रखतीं हैं उनकी उंगलियां खोलो तो वे दर्द से चिल्लातीं हैं। कोई भी चीज़ पकड़ नही पतिं हाथ कांपने लगते हैं। कृपया मेरी माताजी की शारीरिक और मानसिक शक्ति बढ़ जाये इसके लिए कोई दवा बताएं। में अपनी माताजी को बहुत प्यार करता हूँ।

Dear Doctor, Thank you for advice of two useful medicin with aswagandha. I am 73 now. I suffered from vocal cord cancer and now compleatly get rid of the disease. But hoarce voice is continuing. Now fibrosis has developed in both vocal chords because of which I am not being able to talk clearly. Both the vocal cords do not vibrate and hence hoarce voice. Is there any medicin in homeopathy for treating fibrosis of vocal cords and help me talk in original voice.
