Kababalik ko lang manood ng mga house tour vids dito sa KZread but it's amazing na super transparent and detailed mo mag explain, kudos! Siguro for improvement, baka nagawa niyo na din sa newer vids niyo, magtour din sa bakuran kahit maliit, kasi to be honest, doon ginagawa lahat ang mga dirty works (laundry, dirty kitchen, repairs, other works na ayaw mo sa loob ng bahay). Isang factor din kasi na tinitignan yun ng mga potential buyers.

Ok sya, pasok sa budget and i like the minimalist design. Yung dretso lng, walng eme eme pa. Simple but economical din sa space. 😁❤️

I love how they design the house, very minimalist. May hint sya ng modern and industrial design which is napaka aesthetically pleasing. Has a downsides tho. Pinaka nakita kong disadvantage is yung di sya spacious enough. It'll only fit siguro 3-4 max of 5 family members based sa room sizes na ginamit.

Very well designed house.

Maganda yung most parts na layout ng bahay except dun sa terrace/balcony ng masters bedroom. Magrereflect yung sobrang init galing sa roof facing that area during maybe most time of the year. Siguro maganda ibahin yung configuration nun facing the other direction? I love the idea of smart wirelessly controlling the house while your outside. Love the idea of the secret door storage space sa tv wall. May mas magandang idea lang ako how to make it more secret kasi kita pa din yung door line sa taas. Magandang idea din is to buy the next empty lot beside your house for wide garden, maybe a swimming pool with small cabana or guest house and/or lounge area. Overall, I like it. Sarap mag asawa ng engineer! I love you Kyle! Frustrated architect here 😉😆

Very good presentation Sir. Atleast acfual finish yung na model ninyo. Mostly kasi ng mga client Sir hindi nila ma get yung per square meter also yung Lot Area at Floor Area. Also yung finishes ng magerials. Mostly sa mga Filipino gusto nila magandan at highend pero mura. Ehe walang ganon if ang comtractor sasabihin nilang kaya for sure substandard ilalagay nilang materyales walang duba yan. Kudos sa inyong team🙌
