One hooks up to the computer and the other is for daisy-chaining to anything else. My Apollo x6 thunderbolt port is daisy-chained to one UAD-2 Satellite, three Apollo x16's and finally to a TC Electronic Clarity meter. Never had any problems with this system in 4 years.

Great video, Ryan! I would also love to one day be able to afford ATC. I am currently using Focal Twin 6 ST6 with the sub 6 in a well treated 15 x 14 room. The system sounds great and translates well, but I have always wondered how much of a difference the Trio6 model would make. What do you think?

@@marvsowell684 Marv, good question. Hopefully we'll both get to the ATC's one day! One of the big complaints people have with the Focal Twin monitors is that they lack low-end. The Trio6 definitely doesn't have that problem, but by adding the subwoofer to your setup I don't think you'd see a dramatic difference. You would see the next big jump by going to the ATC monitors. We'll get there!

Great info! Makes more sense to save money, making one big jump when I can vs. incremental changes with less impact. . Also, the Twins with sub6 don’t slouch in the meantime. Thanks for the input!
