Mr. Nitin Thakur is a Harvard alumnus with 18 years of visionary leadership in Sales, Talent Management, Leadership Development & Learning.
After completing MBA in 2000, Nitin started his career in ‘Sales’ for 3.5 years. Thereafter, he changed his stream to Training & Development. He worked as a Soft Skill Trainer for 3 years & then became a Behavioural trainer with Singapore based Beacon Consulting for 4 yrs. Nitin started his journey with Rockwell Automation in 2010 as an “India T&D Manager’. Later he was promoted to “APAC Talent Management” position in 2012. And recently he has been promoted to the position of “Global Head - Training & Development Manager”.
Nitin has 4 master’s degrees i.e. MBA in Finance & HR/ Masters in Training & Development / Masters in Applied Psychology & recently in 2017 he completed his Executive MBA from Harvard Business School.
“Dreams are the Most Powerful Energy”. And all of us can fulfill our dreams. In this talk he is speaking about ‘How Can You Build YOUR Career Capital’. Whether you want to get a Dream Job, or want to Get Promoted or become a Successful Entrepreneur. Today I will share the “Success Formula” that will get you, what you want from life.     Though I am also not a good English communicator as like you described in this video. And I liked your thoughts and concept very much but 1. When you were riding on Bike and when you reached in Shimla and your experienced colleagues decide to go back your have not listened there view. This is not Risk this is immaturity. 2. When you reached a certain level then Risk taken capability is must but Risk can be calculative and there will be chance to survive, if without knowing the facts i will jump on mountain then certainly death is possible. Apart from this your whole story is encouraging and i think i should start continuous learning.
