Been looking at these, seems it could use a limiting strap like snowmobiles use to keep the front of the rails from diving in a wheelie/in air. I dunno just a thought haha but for real that's bad ass! it's awesome to see someone actually ripping one of these thanks for sending it bro

The Alta would be bad ass with a track on it because it's got alot of power . The surron is lacking alot of power for the snow.

@Tyler Monagan looks really clean for sure. Do you have temps reading? My biggest issue is cooking the motor and controller. If im not careful, the temps goes real high

Your bout 3 yrs late to call it the world's 1st🤣😂.. But anyways... Im looking to maybe finally get on this summer. Summer it might not cost as much.. like maybe -$200 if bought in summer.. Been wanting to grab one for 2 yrs now... I think this would be the better one of snow kits out there.. I saw 3 for Surron.. Whats cool is you can get one of them black sleds and mount wood braces and stick extra batteries in it and pull it to a off grid location and have plenty of power for all Day Fun!!..

Really you haven't seen anyone use that its the first tracks that came out for sur ron and was all over KZread a year and more ago. Besides you need to upgrade your motor. Super jelly though wish i could afford one

I thought it was an in teresting build but being from an are of avid snowmobiling and rider your track sounds like its not aligned properly or to loose i track should not be so noisy sounds like the cogs or cleat's rubbing. not bashing just being observative. cool mix to this EV thanks!!!

keep the battery warm, until it’s time to go. The huge power requirements to turn the track will keep itself warm during operation.

Well, I can click 15k likes. It's won't let me! Sounds like it may need another set of boogie wheels up front of the skid..... I would like to know how the battery voltage sag is in the cold. I know my high end lipo batteries on my rc helicopters, planes, and cars hate the cold.

If you're not using the thumb throttle as opposed to the twist is might work better.

If the battery starts off warm, it’ll stay warm at that output. Hell, it’ll only need to last 45 min.

Sounds like you need to tighten the track sounds like it skips alot.

Definitely not worth it on stand alone cool factor. 2500 for a 72v and 2500 for the snow kit.dont get me wrong it's badass
