What would you do if your Aussie friend gave you a call and said, "Oye, I needa Jeap in 2 weaks built out. And not any Jeap, I want an overlanda!" Well, you say, "Right on mate, hey boys at Spaks Motas let build!"
Our good friend Johnny from @BushwakkaGlobal (@BushwakkaAustralia ) gave us a call and needed a last minute build. He got with his sponsors @kchilites , @bdssuspension , @methodracewheels , @Motobilt_inc , and several others to get sending parts our way. Caleb searched for the build vehicle nearby and got Iram's blessing on the jeep. Within 7 days the diesel mechanics at Sparks Motors transformed an ok Jeep into a world class overlanding vehicle with the Bushwakka overlanding penthouse tent and awning!
Be sure to look at www.bushwakka.com.au/ to find the best cap tents and canopies out there.
ADDED BONUS:
It just so happened that @LUXIFER_KYLE another Aussie brotha, happens to stop by the shop and teach us a little about "Hoon Driving." Enjoy the fun!

    Too bad we don’t get them in North America, the only thing Toyota gives us are crossovers.. that’s right, crossovers… and I have owned three Toyota trucks.. it’s the front suspension that is the problem on the Toyotas in North America, the reason why we get the inferior trucks is because of automotive journalists who complain that a solid axle truck doesn’t drive like a Cadillac…

    I commented for the burnout cars. I liked for more burnouts in America. The whole SPARKS crew needs to get burnout cars! Dave, Dave, Alan, Caleb, Hans, and mas,also, build 2,3 extra for friends or in case of crash. How many does it take to fill a car hauler? Build that many, then buy and Sparksify a car hauler and go to Cleetus events. Please do more American burnouts!

    Hope you are planning on installing long range fuel tanks and a satellite phone for WHEN it breaks down... Install a bullbar. Not a bumper or brush guard. We are talking reinforced steel able to take a 500lbs impact at 60mph. Also, don't lift it more than 3 inches total INCLUDING increase in tire size from factory. Those bead locks are also illegal here. Australia is unforgiving, BUT I'd love to see you guys build a rig legal to our road rules and come over here. It would really open your eyes.

    Over 2" lift and they need an engineers certificate, unless things have changed since my day. At least in NSW.

  • @35manning

    @35manning

    2 ай бұрын

    @@100Jeanluc WA, SA and QLD allow up to 50mm, QLD only allows you to engineer up to 75mm. Vic and NSW (not sure when they updated) allow 75mm and the NT rock allowing 100mm of overall lift. Of course, if you pay enough to an engineer, almost anything is possible. And second manufacturing is the biggest loop hole for those that can afford it. Approved second manufacturers buy a never registered vehicle. Modify it then sell it to you with new specifications. Marks 4X4 will for example put on a lift kit, portal axles and 35" wheels and when it rolls out the door, that becomes the new "factory specification" so you could then lift it another 75mm in Victoria. Only problem, there are no brand new, never registered GQ Patrols they could do that to assuming I had the money to afford it.
