Congrats on the Nipper, hope Mum and Bambino doing well. Looking forward to seeing the end result. I'd use the understairs cupboard to put an AV Rack in to keep the gear together if possible rather than a tv unit but thats just me.

Nice build. I've just about finished my man cave in my conservatory new roof, blinds and carpet just finishing touches to go in now and equipment and furniture
