If farmers have glyphosate free wheat or glyphosate free oats, I know lots of people looking for them even as just cleaned seed.

Perhaps this is as stupid as it gets but how can cover crops like Hairy Vetch and even clover be fed to cattle in bulk? I have read that each is detrimental to cattle. Are you doing something else with such cover crops? Are they just compost?
