This past week, The Bowlers ER pro shop in Des Plaines, IL had an AMAZING used ball sale. So we drove the half hour to take advantage of the deals and see if I could fill out a proper six-ball tournament arsenal.

I have a Pro-Motion. Got it about the same time I picked up the Crux Prime. Both use the SPEC coverstock. Had a hard time finding how to use the Crux Prime until I moved left. I moved left with the Pro-Motion, too. Plenty of reaction from both of these. The Pro-Motion seems to be a bit stronger than the IQ Tour. If you quiet down your hand, this ball will do all the work for you. You'll find that you don't have to make many changes even if you run into transition. Best of luck...

"A stronger IQ Tour" is kind of what I'm expecting it to be, for sure. I'm considering it to be my primary ball on shorter patterns, similar to how higher-rev players might use urethane, and something for when I need extreme control when everything else is diving. It's probably not going to be drilled for a little bit until I spend some time focusing on learning my current six balls (the Incite should be ready today!) but it's going to go to a lot of tournaments with me for sure.

I bought a Physix and an AstroPhysix during that sale. :-)

It's still going on! Since I made that video I also got an Incite and UFO Alert through it!
