ISOLA has been making 'E-Cycles,' bicycle-like electric bikes that can travel up to 130 km on a single charge, since 2011. To charge E-Cycles from the sun, we started off-grid power generation in 2012 and have been accumulating knowledge since.
This channel provides information on a cost-effective and eco-friendly lifestyle centered around "self-sufficiency." We propose practical and environmentally conscious living, focusing on EVs, batteries, solar power, DIY, home building, repairs, and recycling.
ISOLA Corporation supports products and how-to information that facilitate a cost-effective and eco-friendly lifestyle, not just off-grid solar power systems.
🙆 Profile of the Performer
Katsuya Ariyasu, born in 1983, from Nagasaki Prefecture
He became interested in conversion EVs in 2008 due to rising fuel prices. He actually made an RX-7 EV and obtained a license plate for it. However, thinking about something more affordable, he developed the 'E-Cycle,' an electric version of a moped. In 2010, the first unit was completed. At that time, electric bikes resembling bicycles were rare, attracting many visitors and media from across the country. In 2011, he began manufacturing and selling 'E-Cycles.' In 2012, he embarked on off-grid power generation to charge E-Cycles from the sun. In 2014, he established ISOLA Co., Ltd. In 2023, he developed the "Electricity Self-Sufficiency Unit."
Our mission is to provide a convenient and self-sufficient lifestyle.
We share our prototypes, experiments, and methods, and improve based on viewers' comments and feedback to build and share a better lifestyle. Please subscribe to our channel!
Revenue from KZread is used for developing prototypes to build a cost-effective and eco-friendly lifestyle.🙏
■ We also convert bicycles into E-Cycles (mopeds).
Why not turn your favorite bicycle into a custom-made moped?
