ME TOO.. I hope Louis os OK....My father RIP was a huge boat enthusiast, had his own Marine Surveyor company, did sea trials, purchase surveys, did a lot of work for insurance companies when their insured suffered a loss.. Did consulting work for some of the old big name builders ..Silverton.. Viking .. He was the Archdiocesean of Phladelphia's insurance investigator .. property loss adjuster but his love was boats like my grandfather, his dad.. taught various courses for US Coast Guard, etc.. We owned a 30ft Owens always spent time working with my Dad on that boat.. so I came upon this ORCA build w/Louis and just found it so enjoyable to watch.. I binge watched every ORCA build .. then Nothing .. So I hope all is OK... and just can't wait for episode 12 !!!!!

I think many feel the same. I suspect that 'Orca' is a project of such a scale and application just too much to offer step by step video reports often. Louis would be doing more video work than 'shipwrighting'. Perhaps there'll be an update when a meaningful opportunity arises in due course.

Just found this gem and binged on skiff v hull build mad skills I'm thinking I like the v skiff hull with a foward pilot and a main lobster rear end lol

With respect.. To have so much energy..in your latter years.. we thank God.. A lifetime of experience..and more.. That 7.5inch Saw blade in a grinder.. Makes me break out in a sweat... I hope lou is ok.. I always feel sad that he never had an apprentice...to pass those skills.. But that seems to be happening all over.. Let's see a robot replace lou... Fingers crossed all is good..
