That Build is looking sick! You really did amazing.

damn nintendo labo is getting crazy now !

I'm not normally in to pepakura or even cardboard builds, but this thing is one of a kind. The amount of trouble you guys went to truly makes this one hell of an art piece. The creative solutions you took are really cool to see and will probably inspire at home prop builders to use some of them in their own builds purely because of the low cost factor!

Amazing to see it all come together first-hand, and honored to be able to share all the hard work and creative problem solving.

Found this while looking for films on cardboard sculpture, trying to encourage scrapstore members so take the stuff away and use it. This is way over the level that I was looking for but still think I will share it with our folks as it is totally aspirational and hopefully will engage the kids. Aside from your company looking like a bit of a boys club (want EVERYONE to take these ideas on and make them their own...) it is also great to see the design and engineering overlap and all the decision making clearly demonstrated in your step-by-step build. I also heaved a sigh of relief when the computer design and precision cutting of the laser was offset by some low-tech, hands-on modelling. This gave more soul to the piece, although I totally appreciate you were under pressure of time and would never have got the thing out of the building if you had had to do it totally as an instinctive sculpture piece, plus it enabled the whole team to work to the same specs. And the interactive element at the show was inspired, great piece of marketing and also gave depth and a bit of patina to the model. Really enjoyed this, thanks for posting!

I only heard about this masterpiece because it was briefly shown in bandai's video that came out today but they did not do it justice. I'm glad you guys uploaded your own video about it because it is so amazing. Everything about it including the fan participation. Job well done guys
