Building My Own Powder Coating Oven!

Welcome Back!
First of all I would like to say a happy new year and hope you all had a fantastic holiday season!
Today is the start of attempting to build a powder coating oven DIY style from scratch!
Last Christmas (2020) My other half bought me a powder coating system but I just never got round to building an oven to suit the types of things I want to powder coat such as rear axles and possibly things like subframes ect.
So I decided I would need an oven around 2m x 1m and the prices to go out and buy a dedicated oven for that application can be £2k upwards! This build aims to have a similar style of oven for a fraction of the cost.
Follow the build and once all completed i will give a run down of costs for this build I honestly believe this build is completable by a novice to DIY and hopefully this will prove it and help others that would love to start powder coating their own bits!
Thank you all for watching and don't forget to please subscribe to the channel for more automotive content like this! I would like to say a massive thank you to those that have subscribed and helped me get over that magic 1000 subscribers now lets make it 2,000!

You can cut c-studs in the sides with tin snips and then fold them to a 90 degree angle. Why cut into 2m and 1m and reconnect, when you can just fold.

What size rivets did you use and what length?

To be honest used a mix of various rivets. Only needed a couple of mm really as the metal sheet was only 1mm and the C stud sections are only about 1mm thick too
