It's been one year since we took ownership of our house. The housing market was and still is absolutely insane. We honestly got lucky on this one. This house didn't even go on the market. It was a very sudden, fast process but we got it done. The house didn't need anything but the shop was a mess. Just a bare bones pole barn with no electric or insulation. I knew I had a lot of work a head of me make it shop worthily but I seriously underestimated what it actually took. A slow, 3 month process. Late nights and long weekends. I finally got it done and it's perfect. Not to big so it's easy to heat but not to small to where I'm running out of room. The STI, her WRX and the 6L can be parked inside and I still have plenty of room to work. So much has changed in a year, I'm excited to see where I'm a year from now!
