Cool man cave 😊 Just make sure you don’t fall on that treadmill and get squeezed between the wall and the belt. Use the safety cord, especially if you’re gonna keep the treadmill that close to the wall.

Göran, I have to say that my coros pace 3 watch has been fantastic so far. I think it’s amazing how coros are always updating stuff for better user experience. Garmin should take notes, in my opinion.

Congrats for your new home and the new office/gym. I made a similar move last year, not moving home, only converting our guest room to a gym with squat rack and a stationary bike with TV for Rouvy (and PS5). Some old furniture had to go. Unfortunately no space for a treadmill . I told my teenage kids, whoever leaves the house first, his or her room will be used for a treadmill. 🙂

I would recommend you invert your pull up bar in the downward orientation. It would give you more overhead clearance for pull ups to get full range of motion without hitting your head on the ceiling. Looks like you did a great job! 👍

If you don’t mind me asking, which brand is that treadmill?

im writing on this latest video with the hope that you see my comments :-) i have two questions you might want to help me with. 1. to simulate running on a treadmill best to real world, should i always increase the incline to 1%? and 2. for a race of 10 miles, how would you train for that? its significantly longer than 10k but still much less than half marathon. for me its a tricky distance to manage and to find the right balance of tempo and endurance. how would you approach this distance in training?

I just put watt pedals on it and connect the pedals to Zwift. They costs a bit but way cheaper than an expensive bike that is directly compatible with zwift. Thanks!
