Hi I can't give a definitive amount as its been a long process, but I think it cost around 120,000 pounds to build.

Hi, Sorry my builder has retired.He was working on my property for 15 years. He said he wants to rest LOL. I will ask him if he can recommend any good contractors

@@MelroseLewis that would be great. I have come across builders who have provided outrageous estimates (way over market price) simply because I am a foreigner and it has become so disheartening.

I hear you, it is just outrageous, taxi drivers, street vendors too many of them are pricing them self far too high when it come to overseas people. There still some honest and reasonable trades people, however. Where on the island are you planning to build? @@wrkit888
