I think he hoped they were going to start it and it was going to be finished in time for summer.he has said in the vloigs it keeps raining and the diggers can't come.The pool will not be ready for the summer its a huge project at the end of the video he hopes the diggers arrive tomorrow.thats why they have gotr this pool in the mnean time for this summer.if you were going for a above ground permanent better with proper steel sides you don't need to take those down in winter.but this is perfect for temporary
