Building Hogwarts Castle | Harry Potter Diorama
Using a 3D jigsaw as a base to build a realistic model of Hogwarts Castle. Diy Tutorial
Hello & welcome, It's Shirley 😊
My Daughter loves everything Harry Potter. She had some 3D puzzles for her birthday and asked me to make them into dioramas for her…this is my second one, I hope you like it.

Amazing work,I have seen a tiny one done from a printer, was good but not like this one.Its on a whole new level. Its incredibly detailed and I was totally mesmerised watching you create this from the cardboard jigsaw.Which I have to add it does not look like this at all lol!.. I love this.I was late coming into the Harry Potter, but got all the books read before the Film came out.The film was the magic that put it all together..Of course I think we have all been touched by young Potter and Hogwarts ,for years now.But what a project to take on,it’s not for the faint hearted, only the brave.I think it’s the best diagrams I have seen to date, but I have still got to catch up with all your others 🥰

Oh wow Christine, what lovely comments 😊 yes this one was a big project and I have to admit I nearly gave up a couple of times 😂 the scale on this one was so small that I don't think I will tackle anything this large again 😁 Happy New Year to you and your family ♥️
Sheesh, the amount of work and detail you put into this is amazing! I just can't get over how awesome your work is, you are criminally underrated. I seriously hope many others find you and see how talented you are soon!

This is amazing, but I'm not grasping what the point is to even starting with the 3D puzzle? How did that make it any easier than just building from scratch? I recently received this exact puzzle as a gift but don't think there's any way I could do this level of detail. I'm in awe and completely jealous of the finished project!

Hi Nicole, yes you are right it wasn't easier with the 3D puzzle as a base 😂 my daughter had these puzzles as presents and wanted to have them made into more realistic models, this was the only reason, really lol! I must admit I am enjoying designing my own bases from scratch more so than I did the 3D puzzles. Thank you so much for leaving a comment 😍

Hi, the mould I used for Hogwarts Castle is from Green Stuff World, it is their Stonework silicone mould. I bought it from their website. Hope this helps :) thank you so much for taking the time to watch
