Use a lot of basic shapes, structural items, decals and just clutter (but not to much) things. It’s really just adding a bunch of stuff, and using the stuff mentioned.

I have and idea of a building which could be a modern fast fashion store wich could be really cozy on the inside and there would be many custom items like, purses, maybe heels and ofcourse chlothing, i know it would be really time-taking to build, but i think it would look awesome because you build SOOO Well.
