Great job Wah on the diy closet makeover! Simple and functional. I have a small closet like Weylie’s but I just gave up the other day and bought plastic drawer s for my clothes since I’m 8 months pregnant with baby #3 and can’t do any diy projects.

oo i also have a hard time gaining weight. protein powder also made my stomach so uncomfortable and found out it could be a reaction to whey. i tried the soy protein powder from TJ and i felt so much better. im def not an expert, but you could try exploring other protein powder/drinks that suits your body better!

I have the same problem with weight gaining, or I will say my goal is muscle gaining. It's hard to keep. When I try to eat more I have this about to throw up feeling as well. AND, most friends struggle to lose weight, I don't have ppl to share my feeling!!

Wah, what do you do as a day job? I love your videos!

If I could give some advice towards weight gain - you’ll want to eat a gram of protein per lb you weigh, for ex if ur 120lbs, aim for 120g protein. Try to eat a protein dense breakfast so then ur not playing catch up w/ ur protein intake for the rest of the day. Strength training will def build muscle which weighs more than fat. Your body will naturally want to eat more when you start lifting more. Listen to it and fuel ur body! Try to take in protein through nutrient rich food. I think shakes/supplements should be a last resort. Try mass gainer if you haven’t already.

Hey wah if ur having weightloss issue look into a gi map test from a natural holistic doctor. They can order u one, u may have malabsorption or gi issues like crohns or sibo or gut infections. Leaky gut. Look into it!

I couldn’t help but notice, but I think we have the same garage door system, so there should be an app you can download to open and close the garage door from your phone 🙃

Have you tried vegan protein?? I had some problems with the regular milk based protein shakes as well and vegan was great for that. It's hard to find one that is as good as the regular ones though haha

Wah, try unflavored protein. They might give you the runs because so many of them if not, almost all of them have sucralose in it. That stuff makes me feel awful. Maybe try a powder that does not have stevia or sucralose in it. No artificial sweeteners.
