Hes watering the building to keep asbestos dust out of the air.

Great demo video, lots of falling stuff to raise a cloud of dust. That front cornice on the bldg was pretty degraded as easily as it came down.

Excavators are extremely expensive to repair he was using caution for the machine, the building next to it and the unprotected man working with him. I thi k both did a great job working as a team.

There is being careful then there is shitting your pants. This guy is the latter.
