NYC Mesh is one of the largest volunteer-based, community-supported networks in the world, providing broadband connections to thousands for a small suggested donation. Its aim is to bridge the digital divide by connecting underserved communities in New York, one rooftop at a time.

    The ironic thing about all this is the inspiration is derivative of community internet & intranets in 3rd world countries like Cuba. Props to Ubiquiti and the IT nerds.

    When I was unemployed. I went to the library formy internet and employment help. Along with career centers. You get have to think for yourself.

    Wow they show TP link, like they are a typical isp... When TP link has competing hardware that allows you to create a mesh as well like this one. 😅.... Think they are sponsored by ubiquity.
