Just a few ideas and suggestions. Just a suggestion: Would you mind to put some timestamps on the video just to make it easier to navigate? And one question: Do you plan a feature to have a pdf as the knowledge base like chatbase? From what I understood you can either adjust the default reply-message as you did in the video buy pasting a knowledge base. But would it be possible to also provide a pdf for the detaul reply-message?

And yes you understand exactly correctly. You can also add your KB into the flow builder advanced version of the default reply. @@botblitzers we posted a KZread short video on exactly this! There are several different ways that we have experience with as far as pricing completed chatbots and offering ongoing management. At minimum building a web-based chat with some of our core functionality is a steel and a giveaway at $99 a month in general by incorporating the webchat social media automation as well as phone call tracking and automation. You can easily sell a package at $499 a month, and essentially become the businesses, favorite utility bill.

Some websites will block the script that we used, but it should be working on a lot of the websites out there
