Title: Building and Exploring the Wheat Genomics Scientific Literature Knowledge Graph

The Wheat Genomics Scientific Literature Knowledge Graph (Wheat Genomics SLKG) is a FAIR knowledge graph that exploits the Semantic Web standards to represent and integrate information extracted automatically from scientific articles of PubMed, related to wheat genetics and genomics.
This video shortly presents the knowledge graph construction pipeline and then demonstrates two user interfaces designed to help scientists query and explore the graph.
This work was carried out in the context of the D2KAB project (Data to Knowledge in Agronomy and Biodiversity, www.d2kab.org), ANR grant ANR-18-CE23-0017.
