Well the 2024 roadster does not even exist 7s quater mile is just a prototype, the current one does 13s

And of course you could do this a lot quicker with a salvage title Altima with a bumper being held on by duct tape, and a trunk being strapped down.

Well consider the Tesla was stock..... The amount of upgrades you need for the M4 and the cost of them can almost open a Tesla factory in terms of cost.

8:1 compression and adequate internals, head sealing should do. Thats how group b, c F1 and many other worked in the 80's before fuel consumption and boost pressure limits came along Idk 1800hp could still be a far cry, could rip the block in two at main bearing housing or something, but nowadays stockblock 2jz are pushing 2500+ so I dont see that would be totally impossible

S55??? BMW using the B58/S58 now and people are already getting over 1000 horsepower (ON PUMP GAS) on STOCK INTERNALS in the case of the S58. Literally stronger internals than a 2JZ. And with the new Supra (B58, which the S58 is the M version of) plenty of people are doing 8 second quarter miles. Wait a few more years for tuners to really figure out those motors and people will be beating 2JZs with them.

@@brentsnocomgaming7813 block splitting or some other stuctural problems are maybe the thing to worry about, 1800hp means serious strain around main bearing caps, and it really tries to rip the head bolts out even when using arp and steel inserts/helicoils to block

Also there is stock internal 1000hp supras, but i dont think either of these engines are too reliable. Wouldnt try something like salt lake top speed runs with either, drag racing, street or drift maybe where you dont get a full throttle full rpm for a solid minute or so

Im not sure myself, but BeamNG is a very detail-relative game. But if i had to guess, i'd say the S55B30 (stock m4 competition engine)

Attach rockets not only to the back, but to the wheels, inner mirrors, engine, and drive shaft for *M A X I M U M * speed. Attach one on the Gas pedal facing upwards so that it can go even FASTER!

Or, alternatively, get a covet, remove the body panels, strip the interior, put on racing suspension, fat front tires, biggest engine with the largest amount of power and nitrous and boom, you have a drag car, sure not good looking, but still. Edit: Also, the M4 would win in price, as the roadster does require charging and also is kinda expensive, not to mention the power grid failures for alot of EV charging.
