I dunno if I commented this somewhere already but your videos got me to get my own 6-6 accord! My first manual too. According to the dash the car is pretty cooked but thats ok, it's got a brand new clutch plus it pops and bangs and dissapoints my parents at 1am when I go on mcdonalds runs 😊

This was one of my favorite cars I’ve owned.

Tbh the accord coupe should of been rwd with more HP in the early 2000 instead of the S2000 just my opinion

Naw. The S2000 is a class of its own. But what they should've done is make a Acura coupe on the 8th gen Accord platform. Then they could've given it RWD or AWD, V-Tec on the AT's, more aggressive cams and bigger brakes. But they decided to only use the 4-door TL for our 8th gen J-series platforms. And now neither Honda or Acura have a coupe in their lineup. But I don't mind the front wheel drive honestly. Its lighter in weight than a RWD car. Don't need the added weight. These engines just need plenty of air (but they also need back-pressure) and ideally more aggressive cams than stock. Simple.

I'll miss this clean title.

Very fun daily if manual, my recommendations are to do the mods I did. The most cost effective and proven way to gain some power

Are you running the intake spacer? Also are you running the Z3 mani ported? or stock? Been told that the spacers kill top end just curious what's your thoughts on that.

My whole intake system was stock, I did run the spacer. It helped mid end, I’m not sure how much it affected top end tbh it wasn’t like a huge huge difference overall

What was the exhaust design ? Muf delete . Resonator build ?

It’s the HFP kit, you won’t be able to find an authentic one easily

Kinda sad I sold my 2015 V6/6MT EX-L (navi) Accord coupe, but I want to get another one eventually.... I decided to get into the American V8 muscle car scene lol

Hey do you still have the spelab cutout? If not how long did it last ? I was thinking of getting one but I kept hearing they died after awhile and you gotta get the whole thing cut off..? I live in New York so I’m not sure if it’s a good idea at the moment because it’s gonna probably get ruined in the winter plz help

@@abc.garage any reason why you took it off? i was watching a few of your videos and you said something about ELECTRICAL issue? anyways, i went ahead and ordered the cutout myself.. Only $150 what do i have to loose lol i drive a 2000 toyota camry and i did a muffler and res delete and that thing was SUPER SUPER loud like holy loud, it didn't sound like a honda but when you accelerated between 1.50k-2k rpm it screamed so loud i was afraid i was gonna get pulled over by the cops it was way to loud.. i replaced the resonator with a vibrant UQ and it sounds good when you WOT but i want the cutout so i can have the LOUD start but turn it low to have the low hum... do you recommend it or ?
