    Great video. I was a metal building erector for 40 years. Truly enjoyed my work. No one had equipment like you have then to pick up your steel. I only had a forklift but it done the job. Keep up the good work and vidoes. Utube can get your business started and make you some money. I subscribed. Looking forward for your next video.

    Hello and greetings. I would like to thank you for recording such videos, which help people like me a lot. I have a request from you. My request is that you help me to build the halls I want. My hall has an opening of 30 meters, but without the middle column at a height of 6 meters. I want to know with what size H beam I can build these halls. I will build it. Of course, if the opening is 30 meters, it will answer. If it doesn't answer, I can make the opening of the shed up to 23 meters. I am waiting for your correct answer. I thank you again for your help. I wish you a good day.

    It the moment weld up buildings are the most cost effective shop. Bolt ups are more expensive because your paying a material supplier to fabricate

  • @GatewayBuilders

    @GatewayBuilders

    3 жыл бұрын

    Yes depending on gable vs flat roofs we have different ibeam that support different weights. On a normal 30ft wide build we use 8” 15#, but on a 40ft wide we use 12” 16# or 19#.
