I absolutely love how rigid and fortified the beams on the top of the stables looks. Great episode.

"Sul Mare" could be a good name for the seaside part of your Tuscan area. In Italian, it roughly means, "on the sea."

That elevated part should be the Acropolis, period!

You should mix the two cities. Like put the Tuscan style buildings crammed between in the old Roman style. Could really bring some life by making it look like the city has some history to it just by walking through it

You could always use sugar to make your foal grow faster. Probably the cheapest method available. And compared to other methods, other than golden apples or hay bales, it's fast enough.

Sugesstion though: a barrel that doesn't make a fisherman would be amazing! Maybe a retextured single trapped chest?? but the double remains the cool dark color it is now.
