I went to the Lehigh Valley Zoo this summer, and you are right, the lemur exhibit isn't built yet, but it is currently under construction. Overall the zoo is small but it is nice and has a lot of rare animals, like Scimitar Horned Oryx and Mexican Grey Wolves.

29:34 If you're willing to slightly alter the exhibit a bit, you could raise that rectangular area up high to meet the very top of the building and put a few more climbing frames around the inside of it. Looks fantastic nonetheless!

Very cool habitat! It reminds me of the one at my local zoo when I was a kid. Also for the water problem, maybe instead of adding more places for them to drink you could fix the problem with Keeper management. Instead of using the default you could increase the frequency that keepers visit the habitat. I forget exactly where it is that you can do that, because it is not usually needed, but it makes sense for a tiny habitat with many animals! I think maybe you find it by clicking on the habitat gate? I know I've seen it before, but never needed to use it.

Honestly, I can't wait to see how this franchise will grow into something big

super late to the party and you have probably made changes since, but if you just put Do Not Disturb/Quiet signs down on the viewing area, that should help with the penguins stress! I also learned that the sign doesn't need to be visible; it's radius based. I often hide them within scenery or just under the ground and they still work!

That lemur house is definitely itty bitty teeny weenie red-ruffed lemur dotted-kini.... But it's inspiring with the design and unique barrier mechanics you used (keeping them far from reaching into the outdoor part, but close on the indoor part). I feel like you should make it triangular in shape and connect the two ends with a third area in the back, allowing for more space with maybe a central climbing tree hub. Plus, knowing your power grid that you moved, you could use that as a hidden point in the triangular shape and maintain the power.

For the underwater feeder, keeps have to be able to reach the water's edge.

Even when keepers are not able to reach a certain feeder, they will just fill it from a different spot 😊 When I recorded this episode and a few after this one (which were all recorded weeks ago) pretty much all enrichment items were broken and not being filled right by the keepers. It took frontier a few weeks to get it fixed (with the help of this file, lol) 😅

Meerkats alpha females are indeed the only ones allowed to have baby's in wild colony's. Your zoo with 3 habitats looks 100x better then my zoo with 15 habitats, keep up the great work.

I think the real education comes from speakers.. but nowadays I sometimes also just hide the bigger ones in the walls so you actually also see guests standing still and read it :P

The meerkats aren’t and won’t reproduce as much as you want bc only the alpha pair in a group will breed, so they will only have a (singular) batch once the current batch has aged up.

The ruffed lemurs are very often housed together, they live in similar biomes in Madagascar. The ringtails live in a slightly different biome, so you could just move them out in a separate habitat?

Maybe you used climable pieces for the beams? Then you can turn the climbing off :)

anybody know if she has any path mods or if there's adjustments to make in settings to make placing paths easier? I feel so inspired by her building skills but when I go in game and try to do the similar stuff i always fun into problems with paths :(

Making blueprints in general just takes a lot of time and I wish I did not start it in the first place as its just terrible to make them ;) I just don't have time to make them 100% perfect so everyone can easily put them down and use them.. There are people that have not done all research yet in their franchise, others that don't have all the DLCs yet, and others who have the DLCs but didn't research them yet.. :) There are so many xyz where I honestly just don't have time to pay attention to as making the series itself is my first priority and also already takes tons of time :) so sorry, this is the best I can do I'm afraid instead of not uploading things at all :)
