I honestly appreciate the bar being lowered. What I enjoy about your videos is that they are not about featuring the best and biggest projects but about you being 100% committed no matter what you do!
A mans shed and a woman's handbag is always full, no matter how big it is.
Dude, if you're not planning to fully remove the nails from the boards, the quickest way to pull a pallet apart is with a sawzall, by cutting straight through the nails in between the boards. There's a plenty of bi-metal blades out there, that are specifically designed for cutting wood with nails.
I love this. Your style is like watching myself in some weird funhouse mirror it's so completely opposite of how I usually work. I have a friend the same way, and it's what I love about him. It's great to see the contrast and be reminded that the way I do things is definitely not the only or best way. Awesome work, love the videos, keep recording whatever weird stuff you like to build, I'll be back to keep watching.

@simonowen488 totally agree with that!
I never trust a man with an organized garage. It's safe to say I'd trust Cranktown with my life.
It’s not a janky 2x4 it’s a glue-lam beam 😀 good fun and better than burning pallets.
Puppy stole the show❤👍
You're beginning to make me look bad - last week, I declared pallets unfortunately unsuitable for building a deck. Mind you, the recycled puppet guys wanted $30 each. Tome to borrow a truck, weld up a pallet-destroyer and go driving! Inspirational as always, thank you
I don't see how you could call this a lower bar. This is great content.
In my humble opinion, it's the cheapest way to build. Look @ all that fun your having. Plus, if my husband were doing this, I'd be having just as much fun right there with him! P.S. I have a 12 week old puppy. I'm so glad to see yours acting exactly like mine: sometimes a pain in the butt! But a very ❤️ able pain!! 🐕
Love the little helper!
By far my favorite KZread channel these days! Can't believe it took you making a mug welder Ender 3 for you to get promoted
Cut the nails with a sawzall. the boards tend to split less that way. Awesome video. Great way to lower the bar! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for lowering the bar, Pal ! such videos are interesting too.
3:00 there is a pneumatic nail remover that seemed pretty cheap, last time I looked. It goes over the exposed end and punches the nail straight through the other side in a blink.
Puppy!!! Love her.
Good progress! Pallets are a lot of work, thats for sure.
Dude! This is exactly what my unskilled, non handyman ass needed! I think I can actually do this! Thanks for the upload! Cheers! OH...and Janky...I thought we only said that in Atlantic Canada. Good to know the word is used universally!
Thank you for the awesome video~ I love the way your going about building this, Not just the slight jankey-ness of the reclaimed wood but the actually somewhat educational bits like charring the base wood to help with rot and The way you used the stays when lifting the walls Glad to see you having fun with the video ideas, Thank you for your hard work, Keep it up~ I hope your having a lovely day, Have a wonderful rest of your week, Be safe and Take care out there wherever you are (^=W=^)7 And you too fellow viewer~
You weren't shedding about different type of videos. I likes it
Solid work.
What a legend! I love this. I'm super glad you're putting out more videos!
Nice hat-tip to Beau. Just don't start eating beans ;-)

Hahaha I think he illustrated pretty well that is something I dont want to do
A few more pallets and you could have done a triple laminate board, would still have the side/shear forces issue and buckling failure risks but a little less so. FB marketplace is sometimes a great source of reclaimed wood (but also can be a mess as some people tend to do FCFS and you can end up wasting time trying to get it).
Dude this is great to watch. Good job on making it cheap materials style. So watchable
I like the idea of the reclaimed materials. When doing the siding, definitely make it look as presentable as possible. The burnt wood look, when done correctly, looks amazing on a building, and will make the wood last a lot longer. I'd recommend still tyvec the whole thing, and maybe a metal roof if you could. It would save you a lot of time. You'd have a very robust building. Good luck man!
You have the cutest helper. I love the work so far.
Glad to see new vids. I don't watch for the over the top projects (well, yea I do) but also because you are a hoot to watch. Keep it up. Glad the bar has been lowered.
very cool project!
You know that triangle of cheap, fast and durable? And you can pick only 2? You did it the cheap and durable way, but it cost you time. It looks great though, I also watch Beau and appreciate his style. Good job!
I left a dinger on every video I've watched so far. Because, they've all be great.
5:39 On the one project that is majority wood based, a small metal part still attempts to take an eye
Noice dude, can't wait to see how it comes out
I have one of those, it's full. I still have no room. I need a larger house, or need to buy a proper warehouse to work in. I need to make some more money to afford either lol. The circle of life always. Cutting expenses helps only so much then its time to increase income. Happens all the time.

I can tell you from experience that the warehouse idea only works for a while. No matter how much space you have, your stuff just grows to fit.
This is way above the bar! Keep up the good work. Stay warm, and watch out for flying screws.
Love it. It's a storage shed, not The Ark! Looks great!
Wooo loving the lower bar, more videos more better to me
This is just one of those channels that's more realistic in building crap as opposed to. "Hey if you have 60,000 worth of tools you can do it too"
Awesome. I wish you were closer I would have delivered a few pallets and helped process them too.
Loving all of your videos, irregardless what you do!! I just recently discovoered this channel and your my favourite person to watch on here !!
SUPER thanks for getting EtCetra right. Cheers from a patreon with 6 years of frikkin Latin. What a waste of time =D

hahaha yeah the last shed i built got overfilled within a few hours
Love this kind of video. Honestly just want to see more content. Don't care how high effort it is. This type of video reminds me of FarmCraft101 which is one of my favorite channels of all time.
Never seen such work before. Incredible!
i'm so excited for your upcoming shed repair video!! ^_^ (joking aside i love your videos!)
Time aside, with all the glue and fasteners, theres no way this is cheaper than just getting 2x4's
It reminds me all the material hunts I've done so far :) and with similar end results. Good job man, keep it going
if Namibian Dollars were worth anything I would sponsor you a sheet of plywood, But currently it would send my pension back 12 years. Maybe some day. I really love the videos dude. thank you!!
I absolutely love the videos man keep it up
I thought the bar was get lowered.. but no amazing content as always, can't wait to see you in your new shed making memories, just waiting for the tunnel between the two sheds bahahaha!
Nah, man, that's not "janky material" Technically it's "engineered lumber" 😉 Back in the day, my dad and I did something like this but about half the size... it took MONTHS to reclaim enough lumber. So, you're doing great, man.
I'm a fan of all projects, big and small. Your humor is also right up my alley. Keep up the great content. If you have a PO Box, I'll send you my Air Locker ap700. You'll have fun with it and thank me later haha
Another great video! I think @BeauMiles could use your custom pallet ripper
Dude love your videos, keep it up!!
Great project! And awesome channel 👍
Brother your awesome 👏
I spat out my Cheerios at the "disappointed bureaucrat.
Looks good man
Cranktown: I gotta lower the bar. Next video: Builds an actual house.
these are good videos too!!!
You can do it
very good
Note that the painted pallets are technically stolen, they belong to Chep
I always liked your crackhead idgaf haircut and beard ! i like these hobo projects you do ,not everything needs to be fancy, run by arduino with 3 stepper motors! That will be one glorious shed !
one eternity later is only one moment

Love your videos, and also cool that you like beau. Wonder what a collab would be about
Great video! You inspired plenty of men to attempt such jank, and in the end create a quality, not so sturdy fire hazard for the neighbors to complain about! But hey, the mice and racoons will gain a new house!... Hahahahahahahaha, jk.. Good stuff man, keep it coming!
I can’t believe you bought all that wood for just $60! lies I say!
2 part videos are great - double the vids, double the dingers.
Before he mentioned the magnet i was thinking about why hed do this in the driveway
Oh, I will copy yours some day... great job....
Dinger Smashed! I got to ask, why not use that nice brick as the floor?
PLEASE BUY A PNEUMATIC NAIL REMOVER. Free wood for ever, like my wife huehuehue
Will the floor rot with no vapor barrier?
hey you trendy lil hipster boi
Did you remove the bird feeder or knock it down when shoveling? :)
L O W E R T H E B A R
Hey dude where's part 2 love part 1
Yo dude bro, next time use a saw to cut the nails lose from the pallet. Cut your breakdown time in half.

p.s. you will just use the shed to collect more "useful shit" and your garage will still be as messy if my experince translates.
