I have the same rig. I also have a Samsung odyssey Neo G9 but I don’t use it on my rig. I use VR headsets, much better than a monitor for racing.

Iv been watch a lot of f1 rally setup recently, but they way how you handle your presentation is phenomenal. Well done for showing how most people’s dreams can become reality

Moza has been the go-to for Sim racing gear, glad you got to experience their gear.

I like the rig, it looks very clean. And I love the cinematics. Cool content! You should move the monitor (and the whole monitor stand) closer to the seat. Ideally, try and get it as close to on top of your wheelbase as possible. You can then set the FOV properly, to give you the sense that you're in the car, looking out. This will also help with your judgement of speed and cornering, etc.

So happy to see some sim of this size and realism being made.... U have been teasing this for the longest time, Andres... wish to lay hands on such a beauty

Looks great! I think you should move the monitor closer if possible. Ideally it should be between the wheelbase and the steering wheel. You can then use an FOV calculator to find what to set your view to ingame :)

sick!!! literally have the same build with the wheel stand 2.0 from next level but using the lg c2 42in. did moza with the Cs wheel though I was just talking about getting the gtrac add on. Right now I hybrid my Herman miller embody between my desk and the rig due to chair trough it includes. you literally just inspired me to possibly consider an ultra wide dope vid as always man !

Moza is really the best gear you can get for any racing simulator, it looks insane on the frame too! Glad you were able to build it. You always produce entertaining videos for us subscribers. Much love Andres, keep it up!

We have the Next Level monitor stand, solid product. We have Fanatec pedals, shifter and direct drive base. The rig itself I had to do some welding to get the heavy shifter to be more solid. This is used for iRacing only as my son is in a NASCAR league with full sponsorship. He’s trying to get his PRO license.

Hey, I also have the GT track and the NLR Monitorstand like you. If you want the screen lower, you can just remove the colum that's inside the other colum on your stand and use the lower holes. I use a 55" oled tv, and was annoyed it was to high, I think your wheelbase should be infront of the ingame wheelbase in cockpit view for best viewing angle :) I think it also looks cleaner without the extra metal poking out in the back, if I were you I'd saw off the mount for the screen on the top and bottom part, but that's me hehe..

I’d put some threat lock on the bolts to keep em from backing out.

It’s fun when you say ”it’s like sitting in the car” and not using VR gaming. Moza looks very nice.

For Wheel Base's just order extra nuts, and double it(lock nut). Then you don't need to re-tightened it.

What are you using for your keyboard stand/tray?

It's a great video. But like a lot of us who when new to sim racing we fall into buying crap that isn't really meant for direct drive wheel bases and the more robust peripherals we have no for sim racing. You should have bought or had GT Omega send you the Prime aluminum rig that can handle the torque of that wheel base you have on top of the heavier shifters your using while still maintaining mobility

How did you get in contact with Moza? I would love to see if we could work out a deal with them to get a setup for our engineering lab at school lol

I have my PC far away, if I connect it with a 7 or 8 meters HDM cable does it affect anything on my sim?

Lower the monitor and bring it closer to the wheelbase. If you're serious about sim racing it will help give you a 1:1 experience and be more immersive.

I’m getting a gaming setup that is Ferrari themed! It’s also a manual so I’m hyped plus I’m getting it this Christmas!!! I love Ferrari so I chose that setup but it’s also pricey it’s like 1.2K.

How about the Samsung 49 inch monitor G9 Odyssey Neo ?

Have the same next level rig. Bolt of wheel plate will become loose after few months of use and caster wheels will broke down. If you choose to use the round shaped stands instead of the caster wheels...... surprise! They will broke down the same. Customer service is very good, they will send new ones but this doesn't solve the problem. I am thinking to change to trak racer tr8 pro....the price is just a little bit higher but seems to last longer.

Cool rig. Monitor needs to be much closer. Ideal distance is about 70cm from your face. Should be sitting just behind the wheel.

Just a tip for immersion you should move the moniter wayyyyyyyyyyyyy closer

My setup is really similar to your but i got a much bigger monitor its 50in and i got a wheel stand rTchet strapped to my desk it works in the limited space i have to work with my next purchase will be a Next Level Racing WS 2.0 i can't wait to bury it about 2 weeks and my Moza setup will be transplanted

You should have a race against Justin Tse and his racing simulator setup

its a decent sim but I gotta point out a couple of things for you. First of all, your screen is way too far away. The closer you can get it the higher the FOV will be (yes that is dependant on the distance, yours isnt set up correctly. Just google FOV Calculator simracing and youll find one for you) Second of all, your pedalbase isn't sturdy enough. You are using high end pedals that can take a lot of force on a mid end rig that isnt built for it. The flexing you see in the pedalbase is a big problem as you'll be very inconsistent. Last but not least your Wheel Base Plate is also flexing, this destroys the clarity of your force feedback which makes feeling road surfaces and little tire temperature changes not as well. At the spec of your hardware (wheelbase and pedals primarily) you're not gonna get around getting an aluminum profile sim rig (with small exceptions like the playseat trophy and such). I'd recommend something simple but sturdy like the Trakracer TR80 / GTomega Prime or if you wanna go golden standard the "SimLab P1X)

Nice setup but monitor too far away. Should be up against wheelbase for better immersion by having your wheel seem connected to dash onscreen. Drive without the wheel on screen, it’s already in your hands.😜
