Building a model of the Devonport ferry 'Toroa'.
The 'Toroa' was a steam powered ferry that carried passengers between Auckland and Devonport, New Zealand, between 1925 and 1980. This video shows Ross Callaghan's scratch build of a model of the 'Toroa'.

Thanks for preserving a great piece of New Zealand history. The model is excellent too.
Ross, another gorgeous scratch build! Nice!!!
Thx Ross, I've been planning to build a Sydney ferry for years but wasn't sure how to go about it. You have inspired me to start the project.
I have a special interest in these ferries as my Dad was a skipper on them, and I really enjoyed your video and the finished model is fantastic👍
